Homemade raspberry jam is not only delicious, it's also higher in enzymes and has much less sugar than conventional varieties. The chia seeds used in this recipe also help to keep the digestive system regular and provide an additional source of omega-3 fatty acids, which helps maintain good mental health and balanced blood sugar levels.
If you have a dehydrator this recipe can be done in a pinch. It's just a matter of throwing everything in and leaving it to brew for 6-8 hours. I usually put it on overnight.
I like to use this jam on raw cheesecake or mix in into yoghurt with my seed and nut blend for breakfast
