About The Event
This class is the culmination of many years working closely with food as medicine to transform our clients health and wellbeing. Over the course of 4 hrs, we will equip you with the indepth knowledge and tools to utilise food to heal your gut, boost your immune system, and build strength & vitality.
With something for everyone in our extensive masterclass, you will learn:

+ About your micro-biome & how to take care of it
+ Holistic gut health & prebiotics
+ The lost art of preparing ferments
+ How to incorporate these foods into your meals & daily life
The recipes that will be taught include:

Cost includes all course content, extensive notes, recipes, lunch and tastings.

*You are advised not to eat too much before attending the workshop as food is provided.
**Location is at a private residence in Windsor, just off Chapel St. The exact address will be communicated in the week of the event.
There is a no refund or transfer policy for workshop bookings, however we are happy to accommodate booking to be given to another person if you cannot attend.
In the event that a Raw Satya workshop is cancelled, all participants will be notified via phone/email and full refunds will be given.
