This class is the culmination of many years working closely with food as medicine to transform our clients health and wellbeing. Over the course of 4 hrs, we will equip you with the indepth knowledge and tools to utilise food to heal your gut, boost your immune system, and build strength & vitality.
With something for everyone in our extensive masterclass, you will learn:

+ About your micro-biome & how to take care of it
+ The lost art of preparing ferments, pickles & preserves
+ How to make the most of fresh, seasonal foods for nourishing meals
+ Using herbs & weeds to make healing vinegars
+ How to incorporate these foods into your meals & daily life
+ A large variety of recipes for gut health, covering drinks, tonics, condiments, meals, and desserts. Plus Rosemaries traditional Mauritian Lemon Preserve family recipe!
Cost includes all course content, extensive notes, recipes, all food and tastings, & tea.
+ All participants will also receive a starter kit for Kombucha and Kefir as a take-home gift.
*You are advised not to eat too much before attending the workshop as Rosemarie will prepare dishes and invite all participants to try them.
